Clay,

I am sorry but I am not much on Syriac.  I think I follow the all cap portion

HLEI, HLEI, LEMA seems to match somewhat ELOY ELOY LAMA

but what is "syr" and "syr copt" mean?

Also what Alford have for the verb?
