There a number of electronic editions of Miqraot Gedolot available.
The poorest version is Bar-Ilan Responsa, which has only 9 commentaries.
This is because it specializes in rabbinic responsa and that's where its
market is, and there's nothing better IN RESPONSA.
A better version is HaTaklitor HaTorani 6, with 21 commentaries. I'm sory,
but I no longer have their website.
An older version is the Computerizerd Torah Library, the one I have at home.
Quite serviceable but, unfortunately, no longer available.
There are 2 new print editions of Miqraot Gedolot, Torat Hayyim, put out by
Mosad HaRav Kook in Jerusalem, and Miqraot Gedolot HaKeter (incomplete).
Neither of them, as far as I know, has appeared in CD-ROM (but today I'll go
to the Hebrew Book Fair in town and find out).
