1.2, not 1.0

If there are specific changes to build.xml or project.xml that could 
improve matters, please suggest them.

Also note that the way jaxen is bundled is one of the major changes 
between 1.1 and 1.2. Whether this affects the issues with Maven, I don't 
know.
