I'm sorry but it's not. You need to provide a complete test case that 
shows the input XML document (not just the URL), the code that reads it, 
and the output.

I suspect that once you do that it will become apparent that XOM is 
behaving correctly and the input document or perhaps the code is somehow 
incorrect.

There's a small chance you've found a bug in XOM , but given the general 
symptoms you describe I doubt it.
