It looks like Katherine is right that the ACC Tournament is men only.
The announcement reads:

I wonder why only the men's teams were included? Is there a women's
tourney on another weekend?
Also, I've never played at the college level, so perhaps this is old
news, but the modified rules sound a little like hockey or soccer,
with yellow and red flags, and observers making the stall counts.
The rationale for one rule that caught my eye was "The game needs to
be cleaned-up and clearly “spirit of the game” does not always
measure up during high-level ultimate matches."
