These loops are East Forest Hills Blvd.and West Forest Hills Blvd. The segment of thepark we're interested in is not part of these looped areas. Take the western access to E. ForestHills Blvd. off of University Dr. Take the second street on the right, Forest Wood, and park onthe street near the wooden bridge (on your left).From Chapel Hill:To get to University Dr. (business 15/501), take 15/501 out of Chapel Hill to Durham. Continuepast South Square mall on Business 15/501. Business 15/501 will merge with University Dr at anangled T intersection (with light). Bear left onto University Drive. Proceed another 3/4 mile toE. Forest Hills Blvd. Turn right. Pick up directions from above. From Raleigh:Take 147 North, get off at the Duke St. exit. Immediately work your way to the left-most lane. Turn left at the first light, Jackson. Turn left at the next intersection, Gregson/Vickers. Continue for 3/4 mile to 5-street intersections: turn right (actually about 45 degrees) ontoUniversity Dr. Proceed to next left (E. Forest Hills). Turn left. Pick up directions from above.
