HI all,

I have some "Field Experience " with a couple summers working on EPA
Superfund Sites, We consumed outrageous quantities of "Poweraid" , case
after case.

In a discussion with the on site medic, he recounted that , in order to
achieve maximum hydration from such Products they need to be mixed at a
ratio of 1.5 water to 1 part Commercial Electrolyte.

For easier visualization Here is an easy way to remember the mix.

Drink half of the bottle , fill it with water [shake] , drink that , and
then refill with water and drink that too is some reasonable amount of
time .This is supposed to give the proper ratio for the body to replenish
-

I always liked my Gatorade a little watery any way.. Doctors , is this
correct?
