Hi Segev and all...
I would like to add that the land TFDA is working on to turn into its ultiplex is an old farmstead,
with 95% of the land already cleared. The chief environmental concerns will be erosion control
safeguards when we move earth around to level off the areas we plan on using for the fields.
Parking and vehicle access will be made low impact, and permeable, by using gravel instead of
macadam or other paving material. We would also welcome ideas or help from the community on other ways to keep the area
Environmentally Friendly. Send myself or Christian your suggestions.
Thanks!
Missy
