***Skip the reminder and preamble and go directly to the voting site***
             http://tfda.org/main/index.php

Reminder: The chief reason to vote is to help TFDA demonstrate compliance with its 501(c)(3)
charter, which becomes more important as we begin to transact business (ie, buy real estate) and
become subject to IRS regulations.

The second reason for voting is that we need to see that you endorse the folks that are running
and that you support TFDA's ongoing efforts to provide the area with a set of dedicated ultimate
fields.

Finally, we need the demographic information so that we can approach potential corporate donors
who best match our demographic profile.

All information gathered at the voting site is confidential, and login info is stripped from both
your vote and survey info.

Thank you.

====================== preamble to vote =============
Dear Triangle Ultimate Players,

We are on the brink of big things!

Behind-the-scenes work on the ultiplex has been going on for nearly five years, we have a large
war chest of over $100k, and we have property that TFDA is ready to buy from the ultimate LLC that
purchased 200 acres in northeast Durham.

In order to develop the ultiplex, the TFDA board of directors must be re-energized. Current
members are ready to step down, having already spent nearly five years in their positions.
Additionally, we need some specialized expertise to handle the tasks that are required in
developing the ultiplex. Especially important are fundraising skills, as we will be soliciting
assistance from federal, state, and corporate entities. Additional skills needed are financial,
so that we can navigate the fiscal tasks surrounding the costs of development. Further, we simply
need a burst of renewed enthusiasm and energy for undertaking whatever tasks fall to the board in
acquiring information, handling bureaucratic hurdles, organizing work assignments for contractors
and volunteers, and in running our current leagues and tournaments.

Please vote. Read the statements of our five candidates, and you will see that each can bring
energy and specialized skills to the board.

After submitting your vote, you will be taken to a page to conduct a demographic survey. We need
this information for prospective donors, as they will want to tailor their giving to a community
that they feel they can best reach.

Please fill out the survey.

Finally, on the matter of anonymity and security: your registration information is sought only to
ensure that each person votes only once. Your login id info is stripped away from vote and survey
info, which are sent to separate, anonymous databases.

Thank you for helping us move the ultiplex forward!
