[TFDA] Summer League replacements -- register to be considered

This Summer League season were experimenting with a new system for replacing players who get
injured or are suddenly compelled to drop from the league (work assignment, death in the family,
etc.).
While we have always tried to replace such players with equal-ability players (as good as, but not
better than), there have been instances where last-minute replacements have raised the ire of
other captains. Last-minute replacements are not subject to the same vetting of a potential
replacements skills, and hence there are sometimes charges that a replacement is better than the
player lost.
To avoid this, we are going to restrict replacements to those who are in the Replacement Pool.
There is no charge to be in this pool, but you have to register if you want to be considered as a
potential substitute. If chosen to replace a lost player, you will be asked to pay $15 for any
part of the season and the tourney, or just $10 if you are playing only the tourney.
Registration for this pool will close out at the end of the month, June 30, at 11:59pm.
The Summer League tourney is slated for July 21 and 22.
