[TFDA] Meta: non-moderated post size increased....

Hey all,
As some of you may recall, a long while ago we had some trouble with
email viruses going to the list. When that happened with greater
frequency, I implemented a 40 KB limit on the size of non-moderated
posts to the TFDA list, as the viruses tended to be much larger than
that. Since the list has become a bit "attachment happy" of late, and
most email things are going to spoof the From: line causing them to be
caught by the "moderate non-subscriber posts" filter, I've increased
the size to 200KB.
If your post is smaller than that, it'll go through without moderator
intervention. Please be kind to everyone's inboxes though: if you
post images, I would suggest a compressed format like JPEG, PNG, or
GIF. (TIFF or .BMP files in particular are huge in comparison.)
