Well, to be clear, I wasn't suggesting we have a "classified ads" 
section.  Those really are more temporary and email would be much more 
suitable to them.  I was thinking more of a listing of professional 
services offered by ultimate players.

I believe many people would check something like that.  Often people 
have written to this list to ask for recommendations for specific 
services, so I don't think it would be a big leap for them to think to 
check the website.  In fact, it would be more convenient.  Of course, 
you don't have to take my word for it.  Someone could actually poll TFDA 
members to see what they think.  If the results are positive that could 
even be used to help sell the listings.

As for Garrett's question, I actually have less free time on my hands 
now than when I originally gave up webmaster duties for TFDA so, sadly, 
I can't really offer my services in implementation.  While it might take 
a bit of time to compile the initial page, I would think maintaining it 
would add minimal additional time to the current webmaster's duties.

I can say that I would be one of those willing to pay a reasonable fee 
to have a listing there so I would be contributing in that sense as well :)
