[TFDA] a little listserv abuse

Does anyone else find it amusing that an email entitled ³a little listserve
abuse² has generated a LOT of extra email? Easy on the bandwidth ya nerds.

I like the idea too, although I wonder if people would bother to check a
separate area of non-ultimate notices. Also, I'd rather keep it free -- who
wants to pay everytime they try to unload a printer or have a bike to sell?
