Looking at the stack trace it seems that xdoclet is the source of the
problem:

--- Nested Exception ---
K:\pubmed.jp\pubmed\mesh\impl\build.xml:43: Can't create a hibernate
element under xdoclet-hibernate. Make sure the jar file containing the
corresponding subtask class is on the classpath specified in the
<taskdef> that defined {2}.
	at xdoclet.DocletTask.createDynamicElement(DocletTask.java:345)

Is xdoclet included as a dependency within the project that you are
creating the plugin descriptor from?

Steve.
