Saw that after I committed and did it myself, had to head out.

I was just considering doing something here, since one uses the cli version, and
may use fcgi or cgi versions, one should install php versions according to their
use: php (cli), php-cgi (cgi) and php-fcgi (fastcgi)

This makes things sane, IMO. Else you will have a binary that installs it's
lovely self as php that is for fcgi and outputs http headers when called on the
console.
