Feel free to do the work... I have just tested few of the spells that I 
removed optional dependency on qt-x11... NONE of them compiled... (few random 
spells don't know which). But my point is that we have more than enough spells 
that don't download, verifiy sources, compile even without those I removed. 

If I you plan to update some spell to use qt4... Feel free to revert my 
commit.
