Something I was asked and want to note: this is by no means an official removal
check, I am allowed to poll and research... it can be considered as part of Tome
in a sense, since we get to keep tabs on the developer lists and others, BUT, I
am simply polling and filtering it to then inform the PL or his assistant of the
results. He's the one that has the final say.

On Eric's term, I helped him with this task, and I plan to do this at least once
a year, unless Jeremy says otherwise.

Once again, this is not an official roll call for removal, but a check for
inactive devs (since the ones I listed as inactive are still in the safe zone) to
maintain their status if they desire to do so. I did this because months pass and
nobody does the job, and I consider this an aid to the PL.
