[SM-Discuss] european meeting in bonn

Hello,

jsyk, I may not be able to make it as I have a trekking trip scribbing
its way on my calendar for August 24th-29th. I've updated the wiki
accordingly.
Nevertheless, I think it's a good idea to base the smgl meeting around
FrOSCon.
