[SM-Discuss] gcc broke during `sorcery -s`

1. While we are mages, I doubt we have oracles in our midst.
2. Most spells don't explicitly depend on gcc, so they don't get dropped
automatically. You had gcc installed from before anyway. To affect the
system, gcc would probably have to fail in the install phase, where the
previous version is already gone and the new one more or less still to be
installed.
