It's that time of the year again. We missed it the last two years[0][1], but
maybe we're ready now. More info is in [2][3] and for starters we basically
need a list of project proposals and mentors.

My proposals (in short):
* spell linting library #14105 [4]
* sorcery menu (system) rewrite #8429 [5]

Older proposals include ledger2 (but do we have any webdev people who could
mentor?), init-metadata or similar and (unified) cron managment.

I didn't mention many proposals, so feel free to add more (you as the
developer and you as the student).

I'm willing to mentor projects from various areas of SMGL. I can also act as
the administrator for SoC, but I wouldn't like to be the only mentor. ;) We'd
also need a backup SoC admin. We don't have to be a legal entity, but some
tax forms are needed for the payment [6]. What payment? If we got a student
assigned, we'd also get 500$, which could be used to pay for the server
expenses or other project costs. :)
