pythonic is not the name of the spell, it's just an adjective like
object-oriented in which case "a pythonic, object-oriented web
development framework" is perfectly acceptable, other options would be
to leave out the article as done by Vlad, "cherrypy is a pytho..." or
"cherrypy, a pytho...." Honestly though there's nothing really wrong
with any of these four versions, except maybe that pythonic could be
considered an unexisting word, but hey words have got to start
somewhere.
