[SM-Discuss] boot from usb key

Hello
everyone,

I've
downloaded
the
0.9.6.3
ISO
and
the
new
devel
ISO
(from
www.magepower.org),
but
unfortunately
I
can't
install
SMGL
on
my
new
box.

Since
I
have
no
CD
player
on
this
box,
I
have
extracted
the
ISO
files
on
an
USB
key
and
made
it
bootable
with
syslinux.
The
key
is
booting
fine,
but
I'm
being
asked
for
the
CD
device
at
an
early
stage
(with
a
dialog
interface
on
the
0.9.6.3
ISO
and
a
command
line
prompt
on
the
devel
one)

I
managed
to
go
further
with
the
devel
ISO
with
"boot-from
/dev/sda"
then
"exit"
(my
key
is
recognized
as
sda),
but
it
failed
to
mount
the
FAT32
key.
I've
also
tried
to
load
the
usb_storage
module,
but
it
can't
find
it
(I
suppose
it's
already
compiled
in
the
kernel).

Do
you
have
any
idea

Thanks
a
lot
Geoffroy
