Hi,
my "sorcery system-update" froze on g++ 4.3.0 (gcc and fortran were
updated to 4.3.0).
Just trying to compile g++, it freezes in configure on testing:
checking for i686-pc-linux-gnu-gcc option to accept ANSI C... none needed
checking for i686-pc-linux-gnu-g++... i686-pc-linux-gnu-g++
checking whether we are using the GNU C++ compiler...
In gcc-4.3.0.bld directory there is a problematic file conftest.cc and
conftest.er1 with errors:
i686-pc-linux-gnu-g++: unrecognized option '-march=pentium4'
i686-pc-linux-gnu-g++: unrecognized option '-DPIC'
i686-pc-linux-gnu-g++: unrecognized option '-fPIC'
i686-pc-linux-gnu-g++: unrecognized option '-O3'
Is it only my problem?
Seems g++ does ot work for me:
# g++
g++: unrecognized option '-mtune=generic'
g++: no input files
Trying to change sorcery options (optimization) and nothing better. :-(
