Personally, I feel that this is a good reason to drop drupal. It's
difficult to maintain. It's not easy to use. We need something that's
easy to maintain, and easy to use. Working up a wiki is probably the
best way to go, as it's got a very low bar of entry for people that are
new to that kind of stuff. It makes it easy to write documentation.
Drupal makes it hard to write documentation.

Again, a good reason for making it as simple as possible :)
