I dont want to sound like Im oppsoed to getting 1.0 done but I think that it'd be good to put our "final" decision on this into place sooner rather than later for the following reasons:
1) the likely result is a more stable "stable" grimoire, which really
need if we want new users to stick around
2) it'll be more difficult to change our process as time goes on,
especially with (hopefully) an incoming crowd of users/developers, also,
a bunch of us are motivated right now, we're probably not going to be
as motivated in N months.
3) doing it now will allow us to fine-tune the process and allow us to
make mistakes before they matter as much.
I dont think that it will sufficiently delay 1.0 since sorcery 1.13 is
probably going to be the long end of the pole and I think we can get
the process started and running in fairly short order.
