I apologise for editing the udev spell without letting you know, I just happened
to be around on #sourcemage when the 1st user ran into trouble after updating
his box. Which forced me to make a choice: either downgrade the spell to the
previous version or apply an 'emergency fix'.
A bad call it might have been, but it seemed better than waiting for more users
to boot into a dead udev...

Shouldn't we at least expect the gurus to read the mailing lists? If they did
this would never had happened:
