Hmm, but at the time he posted his email to the list, the tarballs were
there and available.
I'd presume it was more a DNS propogation issue than anything... We're
still within the first 24 hours, so I'm sure 'the world' won't be fully
propogated until sometime tomorrow, mainly due to broken DNS servers.
