My qt4-based apps stopped running after updating to the devel version
of GLIB2 and qt4 itself fails to compile now, so I am removing
everything that needed devel libsoup (and hence devel glib2) and going
back to the stable releases of each.

I added this commit as devel libsoup requires devel glib2, whether
using such is a good idea or not, that's not my call. ;) I'm just
submitting fixes for what I find broken on my box as I try to use it
daily at my job.
