I believe the new guichan breaks sear, did you test this before
updating?

Checking `git log` for guichan:
commit 3495ad36bc7707a1bc9163303a60de5e5ef02c74
Author: Eric Sandall <sandalle at sourcemage.org>
Date: Sun Jan 6 11:03:33 2008 +0000

    Revert "guichan: Updated to 0.6.1"

    This reverts commit af579571f0e54d8f790b1ab81cfd40d05ad83af3.

sear 0.6.3 requires guichan 0.5.0, not 0.6.1 nor 0.4.0, downgrading
