I once wrote and executed a script that removed UPDATED from all spells which
had PATCHLEVEL in them, and/or had the same date for ENTERED and UPDATED. I
think it was last year. I remember that it affected quite a lot of spells,
and what's left will eventually be pruned out on manual version upgrades.
