For the tilesets (freeciv-freeland-*) I am not sure how to have freeciv prompt
for them to be installed, other than possibly using some runtime_depends
(though there is no optional_ version that I see at a quick glance), and that
won't quite give the correct behaviour if someone is using a Sorcery without
runtime_depends implemented.

I'd also like to add an option for the 2.1 beta of freeciv, and some of the
themes (mainly
ftp://ftp.freeciv.org/pub/freeciv/contrib/tilesets/freeland2/freeland-big-2.0.0.png ;)),
but then I'll "get" to play with SUB_DEPENDS for the tilesets so they install
the correct tileset (2.0 and 2.1 tilesets are not compatible).

Thoughts?
