He's probably using 'reply' instead of 'group reply'.

It would be nice if everyone's mailer supported the 'mail-followup-to'
header, both for mails they originate and mails they reply to. It's "nice
to have" on normal mailing lists, but for one like the commits list I have
no real idea from this thread so far if he's on the list or not. If he is,
he'll get this mail at least twice.
