UNATTEND_SAFE is supposed to allow a rejected package that you've
already agreed to via REJECT_MSG to install without prompting again
(e.g. during a `sorcery reuild`). Otherwise running `sorcery rebuild`
and walking away with jdk1.5-bin (or similar) installed would lead to
anything using it (e.g. KDE) to not build, as it would be removed from
the queue.

See http://bugs.sourcemage.org/show_bug.cgi?id=12703.
