[SM-Admin] 501(3)(c) option

Hey guys,

To bring up an old, but not finished subject, do we want to file for
501(3)(c) (non-profit corporation)? I saw on e-devel[0] this site
posted, which may make it easier:
	Software Freedom Conservancy
	http://conservancy.softwarefreedom.org

They, supposedly, do all the work for us (for a small fee, I'd guess)
and we get the benefits.
