Hello,

I am the PI of a new NSF grant on dynamics of innovation in Virtual
Scientific Communities. Part of our project involves using
computer-aided ethnographic analysis of data gleaned from scientific
communities to develop foundational hypotheses for use in computer
simulations of such innovation communities. Your HealthCommons
initiative (specifically NeuroCommons) seems to be an extremely useful
resource for us to gain insight about co-evolution of artifacts and
community members.

As per the request from NSF and the IRB board of Auburn University, I
am checking to see if we can have access to available data that you can
share with us in such a way that if human subjects data is involved,
individuals and their private information will not be identifiable. What
we intend to do is to develop graph representations of subjects (in
terms of their IDs) and objects (scientific artiffacts) that they
produce as a community evolves.

I look forward to a mutually beneficial collaboration with Scientific
Commons and Health Commons project.

Best Regards,
Levent Yilmaz
