Forgot the obvious:

  So racism is:  stratification of society based on various criteria, ethnic background, economic, political, religious, 
lifestyle, etc.


Non-race-based prejudice, bias, discrimination and bigotry is: stratification of society based on various criteria,
economic, political, religious, lifestyle, etc.
