Very interesting! Thanks for the pointer. I started looking at PBase photo galleries of the Balkan and Eastern regions
of Europe and became interested in the resources of those areas. I built quite a collection of beautiful photos
to browse in my spare time. Maybe there less crime in the Slovenia region. Croatia is known for its scenic beauty.
I, not having any choice and out of preference since I am well established here, will stick with the USA but the
southern and eastern areas of Europe really offer a lot and have longstanding well-refined agricultural traditions. Just
follow use of the scythe in agriculture in any area and you will find a place suitable for the propagation of the
philosophy and practice of permaculture and community-building within that sphere of activity.
I really like what Kathyann wrote: "being part of nature instead of in
dominion over it".
