This is not a real certification course. It's only got about 48 hours of
class time in it--homework doesn't count; you need 72 hours of
instruction by an experienced teacher. Unless there is something they
are not making clear, I cannot support this format and would recommend
having the Institute let them know.
I hate to see the PDC get degraded like this.
