Spoken as only someone who's produced four little people where two
would be [barely] acceptable, and just one would be something to not
feel terribly guilty about, can speak.

I'm thinking about trying to drum up some form of inheritable (or
whatever the inverse of that is) consumption credit system. At least
it won't encourage people to build fission power plants (compare and
contrast carbon credit schemes). Ponder pulp.

Is it just me or are the biggest / loudest names frequently the ones
who don't get that population growth (or maintenance) is one of the
biggest underlying causes of the problems, and certainly one of the
biggest concerns for the range of inevitable problems of the future?
