[permaculture] Printing- What a resource, what a guy !!!

I did control A (select all) on the document pages and then copy and 
pasted into a word document. That worked for me. I got the book in 
electronic form on my computer, but I haven't tried to print it. I could 
copy and paste with out restriction though.
