Insulating with wool

Thanks Robyn,
Do you happen to have any idea what ratio of borax to wool?  Also, how the
borax is impregnated?  I assume it could be dissolved in water, then the
wool soaked in it, and then you dry the wool.  I wonder if there's any way
to contact the company.
