I think someone else should do that, partly since I observed that you're no longer subscribed to the permaculture list,
where this project originated. Were you considering asking for volunteers in the "other" pc list, the woowoo one,
populated by the likes of Blume and Kramer?

So what do you have in mind?

think permaculture, how can this umph be

We've been thinking hard about this and a pc database for over a decade. What ideas do you have to contribute?

I will be posting a proposal for your consideration, actually mostly Rich's, to provide a temporary platform,
group owned (secure shell logins to website), to use for information acquisition and storage for later use by PIW when
Chad and others put something online for people on the international scene to use. No fancy front end but Google searchable.

What is needed is firstly, a database like PIW and secondly a fancy wiki where people can set up their user accounts
and load data into the system, develop menuing an structure and use the thing to theuir best advantage. The data will be
there when PIW wants to incorporate it into the DB. People need to be encouraged to use this system now, not 5 years hence.
