Hi Folks,
As many of you already know, you can cross two plants without having them
both in bloom at the same time. You just have to collect, dry, and store
the pollen when it is available on the plant. I get asked how to do this
often enough that I have put up a web page describing my methods. The
material there now is my first rough draft. I expect to refine it later.
You can find my comments
at: http://www.shieldsgardens.com/amaryllids/PollenStorage.html If you
have questions about the page, or want to correct some of my errors, please
contact me at: <jshields at indy.net>
Regards,
Jim Shields
