I find that Arum italicum does not flower regularly in my area, which has
about the same climate as Debra's (Jay, who also responded, has about the
opposite climate). However, it is a permanent plant, often increasing to
great colonies in old gardens, and worth growing for the foliage alone.
Having grown my plants about 15 years now, I see a few fruits most years,
but for some reason I often miss seeing the flowers.
