I have to defend Penroc.
I ordered seeds a couple of years ago, and they arrived in excellent
condition. The very rare seeds I ordered came from plants that they (and
others) had rescued from destruction due to the construction of a dam.
Obviously, I don't know the source of everything they are offering, but it's
important to ask. My correspondence with them assured me that they are
ethical people.
