But that also depends on your hemisphere. Here, Lycoris flower sort of
March/April.... followed by the leaves later, so if you were talking
calendar year that would definitely apply.
I had assumed that he was referring to plants that flowered while leaves
were not present, at least that seemed the logical request I though?
