Jeff already replied, but I am available on Friday evening and Sat am as
well. Also, I am sure you have talked to Uli, but I had emailed her with
some questions a while ago, and I don't think I ever passed this on. So
in case you need it here it is:

Becky

First - thank you for being part of the butterfly bash.

When will we set up?

We can set up that morning before 9, or the day before, if needed (for
the gazebo).

What time does the event start & end?

10-4 is the official time, but we have guests coming in after 9 and are
open until 5

Will there be a table provided or do we need to provide our own?

We will have tables for you, if you need (and chairs). Let me know if
one 8ft table is sufficient or if you need more.

FYI: we had pitched a sponsoring idea to Burt's Bees for the event. They
were very interested in your bee presentation and may want to join
forces that day in one way or another (maybe with their products/info on
a table next to the experts on bee keeping). They were particularly
hoping for you to help getting the message across with respect to
protecting bees and their habitat, and the sudden bee decline syndrome.
