[nafex] Creating Standard Apple Tree

Graft the desired cultivar onto a commercially available rootstock, such as MM111.  Graft just above where the roots emerge.  After callusing, plant the grafted tree with the graft about 4 inches below grade.  The scion cultivar will self root.
