I've been using a website called Folia that already has this ability. It's
not limited to fruits only, but you can just as well look up fruit. You can
look up who has cuttings, seeds, etc. for swap. They have a plant wiki as
well so it's possible to add more information about a variety as you come
to know it.

I've been trying to encourage other fruit folk I know to use it because
it's an incredibly useful site for tracking events in your garden, garden
journaling, garden community and trading. It came along just as I was
looking for a software program to do that for me!
