Rich,
Your growing conditions sound quite similar to mine re to lighting here in NW FL. I grow TN seedlings and they do pretty well. Crop was good last season.

Hi all,

I'm new to this board and a fruit-growing novice interested in growing a
couple of paw paws.  I live on the Delmarva peninsula/Atlantic coastal
plain, zone 7a, and have fairly heavy clay soil.  The intended planting site
has morning shade and afternoon sun (at least 4 hours).  Any suggestions on
grafted Paw paw cultivars that would do well here?  Can I expect reasonable
fruit production in these conditions?  Any recommendations on a good nursery
to order from?

Thanks,
Rich
